Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients for both residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct professional site visits and property tours, articulating project features and value propositions effectively to potential buyers.
- Drive consistent sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets through strategic lead conversion.
- Assess client requirements thoroughly to offer personalized and effective property solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
