Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Onsite (Jaipur office) (UK Time Zone Support Required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from understanding job requirements to scheduling interviews and liaising between candidates and clients. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging top talent while ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), excellent communication skills in British English (written and verbal), and the ability to work during UK business hours.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis
- Review and understand job descriptions and requirements shared by hiring managers or clients.
- Clarify role expectations, required skills, and priorities with stakeholders.
- Translate job requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to assess suitability based on job specifications.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic/video screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, interest, and availability.
- Ensure shortlisted candidates align with both technical and cultural requirements of the company.
3. Candidate Engagement
- Reach out to candidates to confirm interest in opportunities and availability for interviews.
- Provide accurate role information and answer candidate queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
4. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to schedule interviews.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and companies to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Provide candidates with necessary interview preparation and logistics.
- Follow up post-interview for feedback from both sides.
5. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Regularly update hiring managers/clients about recruitment progress.
- Ensure timely communication of feedback and next steps to candidates.
- Handle negotiations regarding interview schedules, candidate expectations, and employer requirements.
6. ATS & Recruitment Process Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closures).
- Ensure recruitment process adherence and compliance with company/client standards.
- Leverage ATS tools to streamline recruitment workflow.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment activities and hiring progress.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, including candidate pipelines and interview notes.
- Highlight challenges and recommend process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command over British English (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to liaise confidently with both candidates and company stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in UK time zone.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exposure to working with UK-based clients/companies will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
