Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads from online and offline sources. Leverage your networking and market knowledge to build a robust sales pipeline for residential and commercial properties.
2. Client Engagement & Consultation
Conduct personalized property consultations, both virtually and in person. Understand client needs, deliver tailored presentations, and guide them through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy.
3. Sales Execution & Closure
Manage the end-to-end sales process—from first contact to final negotiation and closing—while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the client.
4*. Relationship Management*
Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Serve as a trusted advisor before, during, and after the sale.
5. Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Stay motivated and driven in a competitive and rewarding environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in real estate sales, preferably within the Gurugram market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. Ability to build rapport and present with confidence and clarity.
- Negotiation Prowess: Strong persuasion and deal-closing skills. You know how to seal the deal without compromising value.
- Sales-Driven Attitude: Highly motivated and performance-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Tech-Savvy Approach: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital tools to manage leads and generate reports.
