· We are looking for Real Estate (Sales Executive).
· The candidate for this position should excel at closing deals.
· He / She should have Strong Common sense and presence of mind.
Role & responsibilities
· Identify and make outbound calls to potential clients from Pre Generated leads.
· Outreach New Clients and explain them about products
· Generate appointment with new clients to listen to their wishes and concern
· Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on property features and benefits.
· Manage client negotiations and closings.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
· Strong knowledge of residential sales, property acquisition, and real estate.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
