About the Opportunity:
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and passionate individuals who can take full ownership of driving sales for our sole selling property project in Talegaon. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands real estate, and can close deals, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and generated leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly to potential buyers.
- Coordinate with the internal CRM and marketing team for real-time lead updates.
- Organize and manage on-site events and weekend open house visits.
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-visit assistance and documentation support.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Talegaon, PCMC, or Pune real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary
- Attractive commission per sales

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
