Job Title: Real Estate Sales
Job Location: Dasak, Nashik Road
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding every square inch of the site and be able to answer any question about the bungalows.
- Guiding prospects through the buying process. Understanding their needs and priorities and answering their questions to make sale.
- Collecting prospects information accurately.
- Following up with prospects regularly through phone calls.
- Answering phone inquiries.
- Working with customers throughout the closing process and managing all documents and transactions.
- Keeping social media pages active and answering questions online.
- Giving walkthroughs of the property to all visiting prospects.
Job Requirements:
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of residential real estate sales and marketing and paperwork
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to speak Marathi, Hindi and English
- Must have strong sense of work ethic
