Job Summary:
The Process Quality Engineer ensures that manufacturing processes meet customer and regulatory quality standards. This role focuses on analyzing and improving process performance, implementing quality controls, and supporting continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
(I)Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and quality indicators (e.g., yield, defect rates, scrap, and rework)
(II)Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related quality issues.
(III)Implement action plan, train the team, and escalate to higher level for the non-adherence.
(IV)Conduct regular process and product audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
(V)Support new product introductions and process changes by evaluating quality risks and developing quality plans.
(VI)Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve process capability and reduce variability.
(VII)Train operators and staff on quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods.
(VIII)Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
(IX)Participate in customer complaint resolution and liaise with customers regarding quality-related topics.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/process quality role.
· Solid knowledge of quality tools.
· Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 or other relevant quality management systems.
· Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques 5’s
· CMM added advantages.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
