Responsibility -
- Set-up approval as per plan.
- In-process inspection as per Control plan.
- Final inspection report preparation.
- Pre-dispatch inspection report preparation.
- Daily line rejection data collection.
- Non conformance report filing on NC observation.
- Follow-up for NC closure.
- Assist for SPC.
- Assist for MSA.
- Participate for quality dept. audit.
- Assist for calibration of gauges.
- Assist for Process validation.
- Analysis of internal NCs along with CFT.
- Inward Inspection and reports preparations.
- Assist for MRM ppt. preparation.
- Maintaining Product Drawing and revision status.
Education Required-
- Diploma or BE Mechanical
Experience Required
- 0-3 Years
