About the Role
Techwens Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA & Testing Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, and test documentation while working closely with our development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Support the team in regression testing and functional testing.
- Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and resolve issues.
- Learn and apply QA best practices, ensuring product quality.
- Assist in preparing basic test documentation and reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts (Manual Testing, SDLC, STLC).
- Understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, usability, etc.).
- Familiarity with bug reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive learning attitude.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, etc.).
- Exposure to SQL queries for database testing.
- Awareness of Agile methodology.
