Job Summary:
The Wellness Shop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor handling, communication, calling, and Excel, with a strong understanding of purchase and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with skincare product vendors and suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and timelines.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and reports using Excel.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Handle daily communication (calls/emails) with suppliers.
- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, tables, tracking sheets).
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English), especially over calls.
- Experience in vendor coordination and relationship management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related fields.
