Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher (Grade 6 to 10) is desirable
- Exposure to CBSE curriculum and teaching standards is essential
- Training:
- Should have completed or be willing to undergo CBSE-mandated teacher training programs

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of CBSE Norms and CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) practices
- Classroom management and student engagement skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature to middle school students in alignment with CBSE curriculum
- Create a learning environment filled with love, enthusiasm, and academic rigor
- Provide personalized support and counsel parents on student progress
- Collaborate with peers to promote knowledge sharing and innovation
- Participate in school events, academic planning, and co-curricular activities
