- Manage procurement of industrial components, WTP/ETP/RO/ZLD plant spares, and general supplies
- Receive and verify purchase requisitions from internal departments (sales, store, project, and service)
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and place Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track order status, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate purchase records and update the inventory database
- Coordinate with store, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations
- Identify reliable vendors and build long-term relationships
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability
