Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare status reports and present updates to management and clients.
- Support resource allocation and task assignments.
- Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and methodologies.
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
