- Preferred experience with Back office / Chat Process / Customer Service Associate
- Experience with any Translation Agency will be added advantage
- Should have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of any Indian language skills will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
