Should have good grasping of mobile app development solutions and products.
Integration knowledge with API and Identifying Logs.
Able to Overlook Team and provide closure for pending tasks.
Able to Take a Responsibility for the project.
Should have Good Support Ticket management Skill Good Communication in English
Coordinate with internal team for Issue Resolving, Identify Bugs and assignment to internal team & coordination with customer for the same.
