Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects including HT/LT lines, substations, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of T&D projects.
- Track project schedules, monitor work progress, and report deviations to management.
- Review drawings, BOQ, work orders, and material consumption sheets related to T&D projects.
- Support procurement team for timely availability of electrical materials such as conductors, insulators, switchgear, and cables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including work schedules, site reports, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and MIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards as per electrical industry norms.
- Liaise with clients, utility companies, and statutory authorities for approvals, inspections, and certifications.
- Support billing and measurement teams by validating site progress and quantity checks.
- Identify risks in project execution and escalate critical issues to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Transmission & Distribution (HT/LT lines, substations, transformers, and distribution networks).
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and utility regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and ensure timely delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Transmission & Distribution projects (utilities, EPC, or contracting firms).
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in project coordination, site management, and client interaction.
- Knowledge of material specifications and vendor management in T&D works.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
