Responsibilities:
- Assist the Delivery Manager in managing project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, proposals, and status reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track task progress.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Draft and send professional emails and updates to clients.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and internal records.
- Help in preparing client presentations, proposals, and demos.
- Organize and take notes during meetings, and share minutes/action points.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to project delivery.
- Monitor customer problems, new requests, communication etc & ensure work is completed by teams on time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, or support role (preferably in a software/IT environment).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Office/Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira), and email.
- A proactive, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
- CAPM or PMP or SCRUM certification
