- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Plan manpower and allocate work as per production schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve any production bottlenecks.
- Maintain discipline, 5S, and safety protocols on the shop floor.
- Analyze production data, track productivity, and suggest process improvements.
- Train and guide shop floor operators and technicians.
- Conduct daily production meetings and shift handovers.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production records.
- Monitor usage of materials and minimize wastage.
