Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with scheduling, presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.
Handle order processing, invoicing, quotations, and documentation.
Maintain CRM and sales databases (e.g., Google Sheets) with up-to-date customer and pipeline information.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and planning.
Liaise between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and presentations.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the regional language and English.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Good knowledge of computer operations.
Ability to Multitask and coordinate across teams.
Should have knowledge about hlookup, vlookup & pivot table.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2 - 5 years of sales co-ordinator experience
Key Skills:
Good experience in advance MS – EXCEL is a must.
