Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & Coordinate daily shop-floor operations.
- Ensure Production targets & deadlines are met.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor their performance.
- Maintain product quality standards & reduced rework/rejection.
- Implement safety practices ensure compliance with company/statutory norms
- Train & guide workers for improving efficiency.
- Monitor use of machines, materials and manpower to minimize wastages.
- Prepare & maintain production report.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance & store departments for smooth workflow.
- Identify area of improvement and suggest solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership & management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, machines & safety practices.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in mechanical/production or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
