Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female Only)
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales Coordination
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage backend operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, including quotation preparation, client communication, payment follow-ups, and negotiation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on approvals.
- Manage backend sales operations, including order processing and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
- Assist the sales team in negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
- Handle email and phone communication with customers professionally.
- Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Sales Coordinator or backend sales role.
- Strong knowledge in quotation preparation, client coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle negotiations and follow-ups with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred).
- Knowledge of sales documentation and invoicing.
- Residing near or willing to commute to Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad.
