Key Responsibilities:
- Production Monitoring and Control: Observing and managing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the produced chemicals meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Safety and Compliance:Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of production activities, preparing reports, and communicating relevant information to supervisors and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Msc/Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, often in chemistry
- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
