Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Executive to manage daily production operations in our ice cream manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating food-grade machinery, managing kitchen staff, ensuring product consistency, and following stringent hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ice cream production equipment (pasteurizers, homogenizers, batch freezers, CF, hardening tunnels, etc.).
- Prepare and execute production batches as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Monitor critical parameters like temperature, time, and mixing speed to ensure consistent product quality.
- Supervise raw material handling, weighing, mixing, and cooking processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment as per FSSAI norms.
- Maintain accurate production logs and inventory usage.
- Train junior staff in machine handling and SOP adherence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
