What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling in-bound calls for all locations.
- Help guests choose the perfect cakes and process the orders efficiently
.• Take and manage orders – end to end.
- Suggest best-sellers and offers like a sales pro.
- Handle feedback gracefully and solve customer issues smoothly
- Keep basic records using MS Office (Word & Excel).
