Who are we looking for?
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks related to production, quality control, and inventory management. This role ensures that products are assembled, packaged, and shipped according to company standards and customer requirements.
What will you be doing?
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Package finished goods for shipment and label appropriately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
Who are You?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
What competencies will you need?
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- May require standing for long periods and lifting up to [insert weight].
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
