Salary: Up to 4 LPA (Up to ₹3 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA variable)
Office Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM (6-day workweek)

Key Responsibilities
- Product Mastery: Learn our products in depth, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Time Stamp Expertise: Understand and communicate time stamps, modules, and structured course flow to guide learners effectively.
- Cross-Product Marketing: Suggest and promote relevant products based on customer needs and interests.
- Customer Guidance: Help learners make informed choices by explaining product differences, value, and best-fit options.
- Product Understanding Support: Assist customers in understanding how to use and get the most out of our courses and tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to enhance product presentation and learner experience.
- Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions to improve course content and deliver.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably with strong academic performance).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
- Learning Agility: Quick to grasp new products, tools, and concepts.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and address customer needs with clarity and empathy.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital platforms, online tools, and learning management systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to connect customer requirements with product features for the best match.
- Experience: 0–3 years in product support, training, or academic counseling (Freshers with strong academics are welcome!).
