Job responsibilities
- Provide support and administration for Jira and Confluence to enhance team collaboration and project tracking.
- Ensure tools are configured optimally to meet the needs of the product teams, including tracking vendor enhancements that impact ways of working.
- Support other PPO reporting tools as implemented.
- Develop and implement processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product operations.
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and promote continuous innovation.
- Support the integration of multiple acquired entities into Chase CCB processes, standards, and controls.
- Manage integration and enhancement projects or workstreams to work towards CCB alignment and Integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing product operations related projects.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance
- Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making within product operations.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence site and user administration and configuration.
- Experience with process implementation and improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute projects effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
