What You’ll Do
- Translate vision into impact — Lead a team of developers and turn strategic direction into meaningful product initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned and empowered to deliver value.
- Collaborate with global teams— Partner with product, engineering, UX, and business teams to align priorities and deliver solutions that support company goals.
- Think analytically — Develop product hypotheses, analyze results, and use data to inform product decisions and optimizations.
- Champion the user — Translate opportunities and needs into valuable products and features, grounded in a deep understanding of our customers.
- Communicate with clarity — Share progress, priorities, and insights effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Who you are
- 2–4 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (preferably Fintech).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience making data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product plans and releases.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration in cross-functional, multi-location teams.
- A quick learner and active listener who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
