Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Procurement!
The purpose of the procurement operations role is to support the supply chain have a stable supply for ingredients and packaging materials, also support entire procurement team on process, policy and continuous improvement activities. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the process
Responsibilities

Procurement Operations
-
Contract Creation, Management & Price Maintenance in SAP
-
Support stakeholders on any contract volume / value shortages, system issue etc
-
Assist Planners in resolving issues while placing POs
-
Coordinate procurement audit process (Internal & External)
-
Keep master data updated and reduce risk of failures
-
Material Risk Mitigation
-
Coordinate with stakeholders on material supply
-
Plan the purchase of material so that they are available in the correct quantity and time and don’t affect production
-
Mitigate supply issues and ensure to maintain zero purchase price variance
-
Report and proactively optimize supply risks
-
Monitor key materials and key suppliers status and performance
-
Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers to avoid extra cost
-
Ensures that the company standard practices are followed in connection with all material department functions
-
Reporting & Financial Analysis
-
Resolve blocked invoice and ensure suppliers are paid on time
-
Review and update material Lead Time & MOQ by coordinating with Buyers

Supplier performance reporting
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
-
Relevant experience in sourcing & procurement, preferably from manufacturing background
-
Experienced in Shortage Management
-
Thorough knowledge of procurement and supplier performance management
-
Critical thinking skills to communicate and deal with a range of responsibilities, while managing multiple tasks
-
Lead problem solving activity with related stakeholders to discuss / resolve problems
-
The ability to escalate appropriately, while providing clear and concise communication to obtain issue resolution
-
ERP – SAP & Mainframe
