Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Source to Pay, ESG & Diversity
In this role, this service is part of the overall Supplier Data Management function and is focused on tracking, reporting, and improving supplier certifications across multiple areas such as small business, diverse supplier, women owned, veteran owned and other such certifications. It provides a global service to centrally manage the administration across the process including:
Responsibilities

Benchmarking sustainable procurement
-
Tracking of Supplier certifications
-
Providing both reporting and thought leadership (translating the reporting into action)

Collaboration with Category Managers to improve the RFx Process as it applies to identifying ESG compliant suppliers

Monitor changes in compliance and regulations
-
Ability to maintain and improve reporting with massive datasets
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, human resources, or a related field is typically required. This provides a foundational understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and diversity management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Proficiency in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables.

Ability to analyze data related to ESG metrics and diversity outcomes to drive informed decision-making.

Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments
