Position Overview
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling client data, research, reporting, and CRM management. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with accuracy under deadlines, and flexibility to support both day and night shifts, including U.S. time zone operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate, update, and maintain accuracy of client and project-related data.
- Generate, analyze, and manage reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing client proposals.
- Update and maintain CRM systems and internal databases on a regular basis.
- Conduct online research, data collection, and information analysis as required.
Required Skills
- Strong research and data analysis ability.
- Good English written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting).
- Familiar with CRM platforms or data entry systems.
- Knowledge of the U.S. Insurance industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
Education & Experience
- Graduate/Undergraduate from any discipline (non-technical backgrounds welcome).
- 6–18 months of relevant back-office, client servicing, or process support experience preferred.
- Up to 2 years of total professional experience desirable.
Work Schedule
- Flexible to work in both day and night shifts.
- Comfortable working in U.S. time zone shifts.
