About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Executive – Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our US-based insurance clients. The role involves managing client interactions, policy servicing, documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations for our clients in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist US insurance agents/agencies with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle policy servicing activities such as new policy creation, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Review, verify, and process insurance documentation with high accuracy.
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, or calls to resolve queries and provide required information.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM or agency management systems.
- Follow up with insurance carriers for status updates and required documentation.
- Generate quotes, proposals, and policy summaries as per client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations, privacy policies, and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and maintain reports for client accounts, claims, and operational metrics.
