- Responsibilities typically include:

- Daily Routine:Establishing and maintaining a structured daily routine that includes meals, naps, and playtime.
- Meal Preparation:Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Light Housekeeping:Maintaining a clean and organized play area, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks related to the children.
- Communication:Communicating with parents about the child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns.
- Safety and Supervision:Ensuring the safety of the children at all times, including during outings and transportation.
- Curriculum Development:Creating and implementing educational plans tailored to the child's individual needs and learning style.
- Homework Assistance:Assisting with schoolwork and homework when necessary. Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or nanny roles is often preferred.
- Education: A background in early childhood education or teaching is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with both children and parents.
