PRINTER TECHNICIAN

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
JOB ROLE
- Install, configure, and network various types of printers (laser, inkjet, thermal, dot matrix, multi-function devices).
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in printers and related peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace or repair defective parts such as rollers, cartridges, print heads, or motherboards.
- Maintain inventory of printer supplies and spare parts.
- Provide technical support to end-users for printer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT support team to ensure seamless hardware integration.
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during repairs.
- Keep up to date with new printer technologies and firmware updates.
- Strong knowledge of various printer brands and models (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Xerox).
- Understanding of printer networking and configuration (TCP/IP, USB, wireless).
