Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up the Printer:Loading materials, calibrating the printer, and configuring settings based on the design and material requirements.
- Monitoring Printing Processes:Observing the printer during operation, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making adjustments as needed.
- Post-Processing:Removing support structures, sanding, polishing, and otherwise finishing the printed parts to meet desired specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Performing routine maintenance on the 3D printer, cleaning the machine, and diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Quality Control:Inspecting printed parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills / Qualification: Mechanical background ITI / Diploma trade
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Experience Min 1 year in computing..
