Grades to Handle: Primary Wing (Grades 1 – 5)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide academic and administrative leadership for the primary section.
* Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and innovative pedagogy.
* Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with school standards.
* Mentor and support primary teachers in professional development.
* Coordinate assessments, co-curricular activities, and parent communication.
* Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate with B.Ed / M.Ed (preferred).
* Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in primary classes; at least 2 years in a leadership/coordination role.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Passionate about child-centered learning and holistic education.
