Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, a creative approach to teaching, and a deep passion for working with young children in their foundational years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities to support all areas of early childhood development
- Create a safe, warm, and stimulating learning environment
- Use interactive methods such as storytelling, play-based learning, songs, and crafts
- Observe, assess, and document children's behavior and development progress
- Maintain daily communication with parents and address any concerns
- Manage classroom routines, ensure discipline, and promote positive behavior
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions
- Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification in NTT / ECCEd / Montessori Training (preferred)
- 0–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality
- Strong classroom management and observation skills
- Ability to work creatively and adapt to different learning styles
