Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a nurturing personality to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use storytelling, songs, play-based learning, and creative arts to engage children
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding child development and progress
- Observe and assess children’s performance and behavior, and maintain records accordingly
- Promote positive behavior and ensure emotional well-being of each child
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
- ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training certification (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach toward children
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Creative, energetic, and organized
