Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children, ensuring transparency and trust
- Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Monitor child progress and provide individualized support where needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and parent interactions
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize events, celebrations, and learning initiatives
- Ensure child safety and well-being at all times, adhering to school policies and protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
- Familiarity with child-centered teaching methodologies and classroom management
