Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment aligned with Montessori principles while meeting CBSE early years academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Montessori methodology to support the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Create and maintain a prepared environment with age-appropriate materials and activities.
- Plan and execute structured lessons as per CBSE guidelines for foundational years.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain records accordingly.
- Encourage independent learning, creativity, and critical thinking in students.
- Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and regular updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in school-wide activities and training programs.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Montessori / Early Childhood Care and Education / Nursery Teacher Training.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior experience in a CBSE school setup is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Patience, compassion, and a child-centric approach to teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
