About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing attitude. You will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and caring environment that supports early childhood development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field).
Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of early childhood care and development.
Strong organizational and observation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities throughout the day.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the daycare center.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily routine.
Assist with feeding, hygiene, and naptime routines.
Ensure the emotional and physical safety of all children under your care.
Monitor children’s behavior, development, and well-being.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
