Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a meticulous PO D Collection Executive to interact with the Shippers and Collect POD.
What are you expected to do?
Calling follow ups with supplier and driver for POD.
Documentation handling (Lr/POD/ Invoice).
Invoice submission to customers.
Pod collection by visiting unloading points and from drivers.
od collection by calling suppliers and drivers.
Manual tracking of POD.
Providing customers the status of pod and resolving their pod queries.
Ensure no pendency of more than 12 days in the POD collection window.
Ensure that all the PODs received the day are billed on the same day.
Do you have these desired skills? What are you expected to do?
Local candidate with personal conveyance is a must.
Operating knowledge of computers is a must
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
