About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and result-oriented Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our passionate academic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong subject foundation, a passion for teaching, and a proven ability to deliver excellent academic outcomes for higher secondary students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry for Grades 11 & 12 (State Board Curriculum)
- Teach Chemistry for Grades 9 & 10 (State Board Curriculum)
- Prepare students for board exams with focused strategies
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic performance reports
- Use innovative and engaging teaching methodologies
- Provide individual support to students based on their learning levels
- Participate in school academic planning and development programs
Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at higher secondary level (State Board/Matric preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Must be result-driven with a track record of academic success
- Willing to relocate and stay at school-provided accommodation
