Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring efficient time allocation.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders (internal & external).
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Travel & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel briefs and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Operations & Documentation
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as needed.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and other business documents.
Meeting Management
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes of meetings, and track action items.
- Ensure follow-through on decisions and deadlines.
Project & Task Management
- Assist with strategic projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Executive assistant: 3 years (Required)
