We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our executive/management team in day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
* Organize meetings, take notes, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
* Coordinate personal and professional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
* Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs for decision-making.
* Assist with errands, bookings, and general administrative duties.
**Requirements:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Professional, discreet, and dependable.
* Flexibility to handle varying tasks and occasional after-hours requests.
