About the Role:
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the owner with scheduling, coordination, research, and communication. This role blends administrative tasks with project support and day-to-day planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups
- Conduct research on antiques, artists, and exhibitions
- Organize documents, digital files, and basic reports
- Support in preparing presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics and maintenance teams
- Supervise and schedule daily responsibilities
- Interact with customers.
Requirements:
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Drive, email)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Resourceful and quick to adapt
- Good with online research and detail-oriented tasks
- Prior experience as a PA or administrative role preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
