The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand focused on clean, conscious, and effective wellness solutions. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can drive revenue growth through Meta and Google Ads, and who thrives in a data-driven, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and scale campaigns with a monthly budget specified
- Continuously monitor ad performance, identify trends, and make data-backed adjustments to improve ROAS and CPA
- Perform in-depth campaign analysis and share insights with the internal team for creative and targeting improvements
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing objectives and visual strategy
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance and present actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in D2C performance marketing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with D2C brands
- Proven hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing a minimum monthly ad budget of ₹25 lakhs
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution models, customer acquisition, and retention metrics
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on ROI and growth
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
