To strengthen our international team in India, we are offering a position as Performance Marketing Associate.
This will be a remote job opportunity.
Your responsibilities
- You contribute to end-to-end campaign management of lower funnel performance marketing of our clients, primarily managing performance marketing strategies for Retail businesses, managing budgets and executing Paid Media campaigns to meet their ROI targets.
- You set up and execute customer acquisition, retention, engagement and retargeting online campaigns across channels: Google & Microsoft ads, Display, Social Media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), etc.
- You optimize campaigns to maximize ROI through of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights.
- You work on optimizing KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, new customer acquisition.
- You carefully analyze campaign performance and evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs in order to continuously drive better results.
- You prepare accurate reports and present the results in convincing presentations.
- You continuously optimize and ensure the quality control of campaigns with regards to defined client goals.
- You continuously strive to improve campaign efficiency by analyzing the performance of your campaigns, finding levers to improve, testing and analyzing results in a continuous loop of optimizations.
- After having learned the PPC basics, you specialize in technical topics and share your knowledge with your team and the wider department
Your profile
- You have strong analytical skills, have a number and tech affinity and you are willing to immerse yourself in a data-driven environment.
- Ideally, you’ve gained first-hand experience in Online Marketing, where you cultivated a strong interest in Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC) and Social Media Advertising.
- You’ve successfully completed your studies in marketing, business administration or a related field.
- You love to crunch numbers and provide solid Microsoft Excel skills.
- You convince us with strong communication skills in English on a native level as well as an organized, autonomous and team-oriented working style.
- Detail-oriented, you’re a self-starter who craves responsibility.
