The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and flexible People Advisor to join our team at Via. Help us manage HR Projects and support managers through performance issues, absence, grievances, disciplinary matters, and more. You’ll also play a key role in delivering our People Team business plan, contributing to projects like policy development, organisational change, wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
You’ll build strong relationships with managers, provide clear and practical HR advice, and help drive continuous improvement across our services.
What We’re Looking For
- A real team player with experience working in an HR/People team, ideally in a service delivery environment.
- Someone who’s confident advising on ER issues and coaching managers through complex situations.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Comfortable analysing people data and using it to support decision-making.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and always ready to get involved.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
