Responsibilities
- Manage and process policy servicing requests efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately supporting decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline policy servicing operations and improve workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor policy changes and updates ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Support the development of new policy servicing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize servicing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy servicing and client support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in policy servicing.
- Assist in training new team members on policy servicing processes and tools.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
